About the project
My application work includes taxi and mobility services. These projects connect a trip request with the passenger, driver and operations team through an experience designed for everyday mobile use.
A transport app needs more than a booking screen. Planning starts with service areas, how requests are received and assigned, and what each participant needs at every stage. Pricing, cancellations and support are discussed before defining the delivery scope.
