About the project
My work includes a food delivery application connecting the customer’s order with preparation and delivery. The product is planned around a clear service journey while recognizing the different needs of customers, restaurants and couriers.
Before building, we define whether the service supports one restaurant or several, how an order moves between states and who is responsible at each step. Payment options, delivery zones and menu management are then included in the agreed scope.
